Many book-keepers choose to go to college or night school to learn book-keeping, normally pursuing a qualification at the same time.

The main book-keeping and accounting qualifications offered at your local college may include the following (depending on your location):

-Internation Association of Book-keepers (IAB)

-Institute of Certified Bookkeepers (ICB)

-Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT)

-Certified Accounting Technician (ACCA)
