After you have placed your order, we will send you an order confirmation email. This will be sent within 24 hours of you placing your order.
Another email will be sent when your order has been dispatched. If you have not received the dispatch confirmation email within 7 days of placing your order, please send an email to the Bookcert customer services team, at sales@bookcert.com.
Delivery times – please allow up to 20 working days for delivery of the Bookcert Business Kit.
